Hrmm, an older commercial? Let’s see if I remember it. Probably not, considering I was 4.

Nope, don’t remember that commercial at all…unfortunately. People always seem to have the urge to memorize rap songs, whether it be a specific part or whatnot. I know I have on several occasions…not quite sure what the reason was though.

The fact that those (kids?) lol, (I have no idea who they are - Kriss Kross) actually put forth an effort in a commerical is something that should definitely be done more often. At least they actually did something for the money they were getting paid by endorsing Sprite. Correct me if I’m wrong about anything…but it also did appear to me as a very effective commercial.

I have to say that commercial would bring about attention. It may not be by people who like the rapping, but they would certainly watch it and remember that it was for Sprite.

Props to that rap! I couldn’t come up with anything that great even if I was given a lifetime supply of candy corn!

Candy Corn, I have actually never seen that in actual physical form…and I’m 17! Do they sell it in Canada? Lmao! I know they do, but I don’t think the local candy stores sell it, especially in my small town.

I’m a little frightened right now. I am now 27 and I still have that classic Sprite commercial memorized. I have sung it for my husband on many occasions (basically whenever we buy Sprite). I also keep telling my husband how incredibly similar you and I are, and every time i watch a pod cast it is confirmed. I think we were, in fact, seperated at birth. First the Monk-E-Mail, which i had been using regularly before i saw your pod cast, then the obscure bands you mentioned in your “All Access” blog that i thought no one knew existed except for my husband and I, and now, The classic Sprite commercial that i thought i would long to see again for the rest of my life is on your latest commical achievement. Plus i have strawberry blonde hair and i am very fair, and I am from your much beloved RI. Is this all coincidence? I think not. I think it’s time you had a chat with Mom and Dad.
